Do you use the free patterns the fabric manufacturers make available?

I always save the ones I like to my computer, they are great for ideas and inspiration when I'm thinking about a new quilt to make. I rarely follow the pattern exactly, and I never use their fabric (that's what my gigantic stash is for).
