This is a great site for free patterns from fabric manufacturers. Click "shop" then click "free patterns". Be prepared to spend awhile looking!

I use some of the free patterns. I also print them out and add to my, I want to make this some day stack.

I especially like Benartex patterns. I did not use their fabrics for a quilt that is in the beginning stages, but I did buy some of that quilt's suggested fabrics for another quilt.

I use them all the time. Some times you have to twick them cause the measurement are not aways right.

I use the patterns and the fabric if available. Usually I am later in looking so the fabric indicated is no longer around and thus I wing it (smile).

Manufacturers free patterns that feature their fabric are notorious for having errors. I have used them but proceed with caution.
