    I have used the semi circle one that is so easy to find. This bent one looks far easier! Hope I can find one!

    Seems to me there was another thread recently with a picture of a needle like this. I'll check.



    OK, here is a similar one but she say's it is a machine needle. Don't see how.

    So I went back and watched the vid again, that needle is definitely bent not curved! I cannot find anything like it! Anyone else had any luck???

    That is an upholstery needle. I have bought several sets over the years. They come with a large curved needle, a smaller curved needle, and very long straight needle--probably 3 inches long, and a shorter straight needle. Both straight needles are very thick and have a large eye. I think the package with 4 different sizes of curved needles would do the trick. I'm guessing that she bent her needle herself.

    but she specifically calls it the Gaven's Easy Tie... so there must be one out there somewhere

    Funny how she did not answer to the comments left by others. I wonder if she had bent the needle to suit herself? Well I'll keep searching and post again soon as I find the needle: )

    I will leave post if and when I can find where to buy the needle I am still searching
