I really like to bind a quilt. I like to do hand work and the binding is the very end of the process. After the binding is done, I can go AAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

Binding is my least favorite part. It just seems like when you get to the point of having that baby all put together and quilted, it should be DONE already!

I love doing the binding because that completes the quilt and that is a very "good thing!"

Lovely quilt. Just think when it's bound it will be done!

I fall in the category of the "ugg...it's binding time." Binding is still not my favorite, but I found a tute that helps me every time I have to do it. It's called faux piping binding. I only used the piping once. The tute is excellent with clear explanations and practical pictures. It's not a video, just a short tute. Absolutely love the tute. I've shared it with others on the board with happy results. Someone here posted the link or I would have never found it. BTW: no hand sewing.

I am also one of the crazy ones who enjoys binding. It always reminds me of when I was a little girl and my grandmother was teaching me to sew by hand. I find it very relaxing and it's my favorite part.

I have two quilts that I have been putting off doing the binding. Mainly it's because I don't really like them.
