a pattern for a rocking horse? Either paper pieced or appliqued? I have a great grandson coming in the fall and his father has asked for a quilt, just like I have done for my 12 grandchildren and my great grand daughter.
I have a pattern in mind, but can't find the rocking horse. Had one once upon a time, but who knows what became of it.
If you have one or have a link for one I sure would appreciate it.
    Thanks.

I don't have one, but if you're wanting applique, can you maybe google image search: rocking horse coloring page. http://images.google.com/search?hl=e...qi=g1&aql=&oq=

I know lots of coloring pages can easily be made into applique patterns for quilters - you should be able to find a rocking horse that would work.

I believe I have a paper pieced pattern for a rocking horse. It would have to be enlarged tho.
