Does anyone else LIKE WalMart fabrics?

Oh no!!! I use good fabric that I purchase from a specialty quilt shop. I will use Walmart's fabrics to make my little granddaughter's shorts, etc but not for the quilts.

the originator of this topic has asked that i lock this thread. i'm afraid i must agree.
we have gone too far off-topic. we were having a nice, cheery chat about why we are happy to be WalMartian fabric buyers.
once a thread lurches into the kvetching about closing fabric departments, it's always impossible to get it back to the starting point. that's another subject altogether and not at all cheerful.
