Does anyone know about
Hi all I just purchased a " ZIP SNIP LITHUM" self sharpening cordless cutter. I am wondering if anyone outtheir has used for cutting fabric. I paid around $29.00 for it. Online it has a 5 star ratting. thank you yippie

Hi Sue I purchased it at Lowes In Rohnert Park California, I looked them up on line the are their also it is model RC2602 Zip Snip. I have not tryed it yet but looks like it will cut a lot of fabric, also looks like it you are not really careful it may cut you also. I will try it out tomorrow. Thank you for looking Yippie

If so, it's great for cutting apart jeans for jeans quilts (really saves your hands!) and also for rough cutting. Some seamstresses use it to cut out patterns. However, it does not have enough accuracy to cut pieces for quilting. It's great for rough-cutting, but not for accuracy.
