    somehow it reminds me of a jacob's ladder block with some other pieces thrown in...have seen part of this pattern before.....

    I have always liked the French Braids, and you just upped it a notch. Very pretty quilt!

    I'd have to agree but with this quilt they added a sashing and used different color squares in the braid.
