That is great because often times you need a second opinion if colors work together and men see colors differently.. my son could put a dozen colors together beautfully but he said he didn't see the colors he saw the shapes in his mind..... he was always very helpful with my quilts.. well I think ca just had an earth quake folks big bang !! Or pendelton is blowing stuff up ..
Keep having big bangs here but nothing on the earthquake site.. hmm

My husband asked once "why are you buying more fabric"? My reply " it lasts longer than a case of beer"! Never heard another word.

Here is a thought: My husband says a person should always have a project to do. However, I thought that meant keep buying fabric for yet another project!

Not often. My husband understands my "problem". He just wishes he had more money so I could sew more. He inherited some money and spent enought of it to buy me a Gammill long arm (not the one with the computer...but I am still a happy lady!).

I have declared a moratorium on my purchases until I get some of my fabrics used up.

Shelbie, my husband is the same way, plus makes the same complaints. He does not have a hobby at all except maybe the TV. So I do not buy fabric, unless I have some extra bonuses from work. I use to do income taxes on the side for extra money and he got mad when I quit doing that. Just didn't want that stress during tax time and working a full time job also. Since he does not have a hobby he just doesn't understand, but I wen through this when I was only cross stitching and crocheting. He gets mad now that I have a more expensive hobby. Oh well... right now I have a bunch of scraps to work with after I finish my UFO's.
