I have a ???. I know in this group, we have--QB challenges & Block of the month/week, and Members swap, etc. Can anyone tell me of a group, we have if any, you can exchange maybe just block's. The only problem I have is, a lot of material, I have is poly/cotton. And also I don't prewash any of my material. Unless and not often is a solid color, so it doesn't bleed

Perhaps if this information is given from the beginning it can be done...I know I normally don't wash, and have used poly cotton for quilts before...I just not sure how they would work if they are mixed with all cottons, because of shrinkage...Of course in old scrappy quilts they were mixed...Perhaps the trade could be for example a 12" scrappy block?

All swaps establish rules, which state whether the fabric must be washed or not washed, and the ones I've read also specify quality 100% cotton fabric. Challenges and contests are another thing, however, since you will be keeping what you make. I think for those anything goes, as long as you keep to whatever requirements are listed in the challenge or contest.
