The ??, I have is, can anyone, give me, a simple block, for a 3" square. And the measurements. What I am doing eventually, is when I get all of my quilt blocks, together, with 3" sashes, I would like to do alittle something different, instead of using a plain 3" square, to join my block's with 3" sashes..I wont really care, if the 3" block is a hair bigger.. I can make the sashes 3", or a hair bigger also.. I hope I have explained my self, to every correctly.. Don-isewman

I agree with a border pattern. I just purchased a book yesterday. 10th Anniversay Edition - The Border Workbook by That Patchwork Place at JoAnn's. A lot of the patterns in there could be resized. In fact, there are charts already in there for resizing. Hope this helps!! :-D
