Oh bless him. Thats what my DH said when I plucked up the courage to ask about a grace frame and janome 1600p. I am paying for it myself but he said " your quilting is your happy place".

Similar to last night...I asked DH for help in determining scale of quilt photo so I could figure out block sizes, etc. to put into EQ. Sometimes he's really a pain trying to build a better mousetrap and trying to have me think of things in a different context. So during that process he says, 'just go buy 16 yards of each of the colors you need and do it'. Did we say clueless! as to fabric costs???? But you gotta love it when they say 'just go buy it'! Enjoy.

It's great when they say that - helps justify what can be an expensive hobby. Mine's very supportive of it and is actually pretty good at helping pick fabrics too.

Love when my husband says that. However, I'm the one that keeps the checkbooks so his approval isn't necessary.

Happened to me about 3 days ago. I'd been agonizing over whether to buy a Bailey or not. After a few days of hearing me worry about whether it was worth the money or not, he said those very words. LOL

I can't imagine my DH saying anything else if I do mention wanting something. Does anyone really have a DH that says No you aren't buying that. LOL
