My first thought was a small dark purple framing border and then the S curve using the colors from the opposite side. Example - the bottom row would be a dark green, pink and then light green. I'm sure that whatever you pick is going to be perfect because what you have so far is gorgeous!

Love your quilt so far and no matter what you decide to do with the border it will be fantastic.

What if you did half double flying geese, would you have a scallop look to the border?

GeeGee ... you kind of would!

Here's what I have so far, just have to do a couple more blocks with the light purple ...

Your quilt is beautiful and I think the half flying geese all turned the same way with the scallops and a three quarter circle in the corners would look more uniform but that's just me. Looking forward to see your finish.

Default Double Flying Geese - Layout?

All done the blocks. The middle is sewn, here is the border ... I just realized I didn't line up the corner and corresponding blocks properly LOL ... they will make a 1/2 circle ... sorry!

    Like? Dislike?
    Options?

    Thanks again for looking!
