    I made a double Irish chain in my early quilting career and I loved it. It was not too difficult but the results were very impressive. I say go for it and have fun!

    I think with todays strip piecing its a very easy quilt - you could even purchase a jelly roll and make it even easier - all the cutting is done. Good luck with your project.
