I "cheated" and had John Flynn's daughter, Katie, laser cut the pieces for me. She gave me the amounts of each color and half my work was done! :-) My mother handquilted it, and it's taken us 7 years to get it done, so this will be the only DWR I make. Working on a counted cross stitch label and then off it goes so my son and DIL. Yes, they're still married! :-)
Edited to add: Sorry about the size of the photo. There wasn't a choice of sizes. :-(

While going thru my templates I found the plastic template for this one your mentioned by Cheryl Phillips and I know I have the instructions for it too. Found a couple sizes of John Flynn's templates too as well as the mini set for Shar Jorgenson. Will be putting these out for sale in the next day or two as I've decided to go with Shar's templates for the regular size.
Thanks for letting me know where this mystery template came from.

Meyert and rvsfan, thank you for the compliments. They are truly appreciated.
Meyert, John Flynn has a quilting system and has been in quilting for awhile. His daughter is Katie Flynn Nichols and the Company is Flynn Quilt Frame Company. She was one of the first to begin laser cutting fabrics for quilters. She told me the quantities of fabrics to buy which I sent to her. She sent the pattern and directions for the quilt back to me along with the cut pieces. This was almost 8 years ago. I am not sure how much to post here, but I will PM you the information. For me, it was the best way to have accurate, precise pieces cut. Worked out for me! :-)

This is a bit late in the game, but I used the Quiltsmart way.

I found one pack of the Quiltsmart DWR but that's not enough for the king size I want to make and I'm getting ready to put what I do have up for sale on the website. Also the templates by John Flynn in a couple sizes too plus one set of mini by Shar Jorgenson. Don't know how I came of these but decided to go with the regular size set by Shar Jorgenson.
If anyone is interested, contact me off line. Will have them up for sale sometime next week otherwise.
