Downloading pictures? Most posted here have a download button. If not, right-click and choose "save target as". Are you sure you don't mean uploading?
If so, http://www.quiltingboard.com/posts/list/429.page has step by step instructions. Usually, if there is a problem posting, your file size is too big. One online re-sizing site that is easy to use is resizr.com.
