    Just got my 40+ yr old sears kenmore sewing machine serviced and man, what a difference! I didn't realize how bad it was running until I sew on it now. We live in the country, and found this man that services sewing machines and makes house calls! That was a blessing because this machine weighs a ton, he said it was made back when they were all steel and metal, no plastic on this baby!

    congradulations! yup, there isn't much better than a newly serviced happy sewing machine :)
