    Default Dresdan Plate questions

While I was surfing around on the net the other day I came across a picture of a Christmas wall hanging
of a Christmas Tree made from Dresden plates designs ,it was a great idea , thought I had saved the site but I have searched and I can't find it again anyone have an idea or has anyone seen it at all ?
Also do you know of a site were I could just print off several different sized blades , I teach a group of elderly ladies quilting I thought it was a good project for these ladies , if we start now we will have it finished in time for Christmas. Thank you Cathy

Dresden blades make nice Christmas wreath wallhangings too. Elenore Burns has one in her book Egg Money Quilts, but figuring one out without a pattern wouldn't be too difficult.

What are they called when the blades have straight edges instead of the pointed ones on a Dresden? Does anyone know? I have a die for cutting them, but I'm not sure what they are called to search for a pattern. Thanks!

Is this the Dresden Tree quilt you saw. Jenny from Missouri Star Quilting has the pattern in Quilting Quickly winter 2013 issue.
