It is sooo much fun! I have done a couple of t-shirts and a couple of pillowcases with the gel glue and they are so cute!

I use decent quality bleached muslin but I don't see why pieces of white cotton sheet wouldn't work....just be sure the sheet is 100% cotton and as unfinished as possible. The no-iron ones have a finish on them that might keep the dye from penetrating like it needs to, but you could always try a piece to see if it works.....
