I made a king sized quit early this summer and it was a 'Take Five' pattern...five fabrics. It went together very quickly..less than a week! It is very scrappy but pretty...no triangles just rectangles and squares. Good luck and stay cool...today we are supposed to have our hottest day...upper 90's!

I have a pattern called Leftovers from Modern Quilt Relish. It's real easy and fast. The main blocks are large cuts
with sashing around them. You can use fabric from your stash for the sashing. Or, what I do is buy batik fat quarters,
for a more put together look. And, with the batiks, your sashing cuts end up being more colorful just due to the
way the batiks are dyed. Hope this helps.

I made a Turning Twenty Stain Glass quilt that was supposed to be a Queen size but turned out King size. Used fat qts. and a lot of scraps, if I knew how to post a picture I would but don't know how. It turned out beautiful.

A few months back I made a king size using 4 panels and lots of shashing and borders , went very quick and turned out nicely. Additional panels or coordinates could be used for pillows, valances, etc. Good luck finding just right pattern
