    I made my son-in-law this Double Slice Layer Cake quilt (from Jenny Doan at MSQC). It looks great if you have close to 20 fabrics. Easy and quick, like all Jenny's quilts.

    I made and posted under pictures-can you see the quilt? It is called Bricks and stepping stones. It is on quiltville and is a free pattern.

    I just love squares or squares in a square -- I have 3 boys, and as long as I keep the colors to their liking, they love the quilts. Actually, they are always walking around the house with their quilts around them (we keep it at a chilly 66) so I know they love them
