Toni Whitney has a series of wild African animals. I love those but cannot attach a picture right now. The elephant pattern is called Savana.

http://www.maryquilts.com/quick-strippie/ Check out this site. They make very cute quilts and you can find lots of novelty fabric at fabric.com. I'm sure they have elephant themed prints.
