    Default Ephrata Quilt Show

I attended a quilt show in Ephrata Washington this weekend spent all day Friday. Saw quilts from the early 1900's, art quilts, small wall hangings, large queen size quilts. Some were entered by adult quilters' some by a 9 yr old, Some pieced and quilted by women, men, girls, and boys. A very talented group of people. I met there guest quilter, Charisma, she had several of her quilts on display. a very talanted lady. I just wish I could figure out how to load some of my pictures, they were all beautiful. I was able to met a couple of people who had there work displayed and had a great time chating with them. Very friendly people. if you ever get the chance to attend this show please do. It is a great event.

A few years ago I was camping with my kids and grandchildren nearby and I got to go to this show. I agree, the quilts were beautiful and the quilters I talked to were so nice. I wished I had more time to spend at the show but the little ones were getting hungry. I would love to go again.

I bought my Innova in Ephrata from Cindy at the Fabric Patch. I also met Charisma (Charismah on the board), who is super nice and helpful. For such a small town Ephrata has a very big quilt presence.

It would have been a real thrill to meet our board member Charisma and see some of her work in person. Sounds like a wonderful show.
