Thanks for the tip. When I first got EQ can't remember whether it was 3 or 4, but I had a screensaver that conflicted with their program. I couldn't select anything it was all greyed out. Once they got me to remove it (not sure if it was jungle or undersea) I've never had a problem.

Thank you for posting the update...if we switch computers at some time, we may have had this issue also!!!
