Carrie you should be able to choose the default pallette. When you have a pallette you like you can choose it to be your default pallette. then you won't have to keep downloading all the time. It will automatically show you that pallette for each project. If I want a particular set of fabrics for one project but not the other I add them to the default and then when using a project I delete all but the fabrics I want for that project.
