I GIVE UP!!!!!!! I spoke too soon! Now when I click on the icon I get a message that says "EQ6 has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available." WHAT THE HELL???!!!! I'm used to computers, have worked them for 20 yrs, even taught computer....but THIS is driving me crazy!!! I've NEVER had so much trouble running a program in my life. I think I'll go make a drink.

I have fixed every computer problem except total crash finding the solution online. I will never pay for a computer repair as long as the operating system will boot up.

I phoned EQ6, had a person on line right away and she walked me through the installation just as easily as anything. They have excellent phone service!

I had the same thing happen to me, was told by EQ to uninstall and reinstall so I did that. Did I use another install out of the 4? It now works but I have a different icon on my desktop page.

My interpretation of the rules, is if you re-installed to the same computer you have NOT used up your 4. I certainly hope not because I re-installed 2 times!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
