I'm installing the cd - got as far as putting in the license code and password and my name and address to over internet. It processed some more with the Windows configurations...then...
I got "unable to create new document" along with 'Tips of the Day'. I exited out of there and tried to click on the shortcut on the desktop and it configures again with Windows and I get the same "unable to create new document" notice again.

Help! ever had this issue. Of course they're closed for the weekend. :(

Thanks in advance - will check in later tonight...

Ok - sure will - but I have to start reading the book and go through the 'lessons'.

It does look a little complicated but with practice I'm sure I'll get it. Hopefully it won't take too much of my time away from quilting. :)

I do know that EQ has great phone support. Glad you got it up and running.

I'm taking my second EQ class on-line at Quilt University. Both classes are $36 each and well worth the money. I never ever would have been able to do this on my own. I'm lovin it.

If you go to their web site there's a list of up coming classes. The EQ Sampler class is where you want to start and it will be given again around July-August.

July/August is too busy here. We're usually out and about daily (or on vacation) and I'm too tired to get online and think. I'll wait until fall, I guess.

Just got an e-mail from Quilt University and the schedule for the Samplers class is 5/13, 7/15 & 9/9 and the cost is $36.
