    There are hardware stores that carry screws, take the other one and have them help you match up the threads... Here in the US (don't know about where you live) there are business's that just sell fasteners, and they have a very large and extensive inventory of screws :wink:
    My dgs's lost all of the ones to mama's steam cleaner when she tore it apart to clean it... I took the cleaner in to one of those business's and they helped me find the right ones and helped put it all back together!!! I took them in some home made goodies the next day :wink: :D :D :D

    i agree with Shelley. Any repair shop should have it. I had that happen and taped it until i bought the screw.

    Did you check the floor? If you have carpet, it might have fallen & be in there. Good luck finding the original or a replacement.
