I won't know until tomorrow if they are deals or not. It's difficult to decide on a strategy on this sale. If we go there early, we'll snag the ones in the boxes before anyone else. Don't know if anyone will be interested in the others or not. On the other hand, going there late in the day means lower prices. They usually have a "fill your shopping basket for $25" starting at 3:00 pm. It's really too far away to make two trips. Decisions, decisions.

Does anyone have any ideas on the top prices I should pay for each?

And, of course, if you'd like to help me carry them home, that would be great. You'd better jump in the car now since you're kind of far away!

I'm just going to watch this thread. Even if you don't buy the last one, please get some clarification for us. I have my doubts that it is a serger. Prove me wrong, it wouldn't be the first time! :XD:

I'd love to see what you find out about the last one.

I'd grab the black Singer just for the table, lamp and thread holder LOL. The machine is a little workhorse.

Well, we'll be out the door at the crack of dawn with fingers crossed and hopefully enough cash in our pockets.

Here's my report. I bought the overlock with a MILLION cones of thread, binding tape and some other doodads for $150. More than I wanted to pay, but it was early in the day and that's what happens.

The industrial serger was going for $240. While the machine on top wasn't huge, the table and motor underneath are all metal and massive. Extremely heavy. The sale lady offered to deliver it, but I declined. I think it would fall right through the floor of my little seaside cottage!

There has been one of those industrial serger's on my Craigslist for a long time.

If anyone is actually looking for one, you could call and see if he would ship. The price seems high, but he might split them up.
