    brookmarie19 - this is a little thicker than a regular #2 pencil. When I'm doing HST with the two squares right side together, draw a diagonal line, sew 1/4" each side of the line - the white lead gives a nice line on dark fabric.
    Sometimes I just want to mark a few dots and found that chalk makes too big of a mark.

    I did the same thing. Why pay so much for a mechanical pencil when you can buy a pack of pencils for less than the cost of refills! I use one for white lead and another for the graphite lead. I do love these marking tools.
