I love the Shop Hop. Over the years I've won gift certificates to some great stores. It certainly is addicting, just like this board.

I noticed that some of the shops put their hints in their newsletters. And I will sit up sometimes to the wee hours to find them all.

I dont know what a bunny shop hop is but it sounds like my dishes might not get washed or the beds not made if I found another fabric related thing to do. BUT...that being said, where do I find a shop hop to start hehe?

I don't even know how many i've done. I love trying to fine the extra quilt block. When I find one I print it so that I have all the patterns for the whole quilt when I'm finished with the hop. Fun fun fun fun fun.

I've done it for a few years. I've won twice, once a $10 gift cert. and the last time was 2nd place and quite a bit of very nice material.

Is this something done online? Or actual shops? You all sound so excited about it that I'd like to know more.

    Thanks, Pat

I am one of those who have played since the beginning. Even when I announce to my hubs that I am not going to do it anymore I still do! Have won the $10 gift certificates many, many times but like one of the other ladies, sometimes I pass if the shop doesn't offer anything I like. In March I won a yd each of 4 different WOW fabrics.
It takes very little time now. I have a system...10 shops a day.
If the hint isn't obvious I check the three places the bunny is most frequently found - new items, sale items, and kits. Any shop that doesn't give up its bunny quickly goes to the bottom of the list to be revisited at the end of the month. A few sleepless nights and I am done way ahead of schedule. BTW, it's easier to keep track if you work from the members area than the list.

Hi Pat, this is all done online..Type in FabShopHop What else is good about it besides winning and looking at all the fabulous fabrics, notions, and patterns is quite a few of the shops have where you can sign up for a "win" at their own stores..It really is a pretty good and fun thing to do
    :-)
