I think she is talking about her Jacuzzi brand bathtub. I am going to have to show this thread to my DH. He keeps trying to get me to agree to a front-loader. I keep telling him they are not as good for quilting and he will have to put the old top-loader in the garage so I can still use it for quilts.

I was actually thinking the same thing at first! I was wondering how she was refilling it with hot water so fast! Then it clicked. I don't have a jetted tub, but I do have a huge cast iron monster. I don't remember how many gallons it holds, but my elbows come up to my ears when I sit down in it with my arms on the sides.

Hubby just told me it holds 104 gallons! I think that is to the top, not the overflow, though.

I would use one of the suggested products AS DIRECTED. If some remains, do the "custom dyed" number, although in our show, the judges do not see the histories and would not see that. I went back and see that you redid it. Good for you. Maybe try again, as well.

I began with an attitude of avoiding prewashing. Now I prewash everything. When in doubt, put a scrap in warm sudsy water, slosh it around and leave it for 15 mins. Reds and blacks are the worst.
