    I have wanted to make these fabric boxes and the tip to use deco bond is great! where do you buy it? fabric store?

    I made one of the boxes today. Came out good. The one change I made was to Fabric Tac the inside flaps down instead of stitching. Will make more! Used the deco bond. Thanks for that suggestion

    I think Im going to use yo yo's instead of buttons unless I have some on hand that match

    is that the really thin Deco bond 809? I used that in my last hexagon table topper.

    I have made 3 so far and I made one into a small sewing box to sit by my chair when I'm binding, I put a pin cushion in the center and then scissors, ripper, hand needles, and thread around the sides. When sewing down the little flaps that make the corners if you just sew the tips down then it leaves a pocket the tuck in the scissors and riper.
