What a good laugh I have had this morning reading the posts to my hubby. We are both retired and right now money is tight. After several nights sleep, I decided just to buy some yardage I can afford. If I bought the lot it would cut into my sewing and quilting time which for me is sometimes hard to find. We enjoy camping also and spend a week or so here and there. It was a good dream but reality has set in. I think she has a buyer waiting if I decline. Thanks for all the advice. I love you all.

Seriously, unless the fabric has gotten wet and started to rot, or it's nibbled by critters, I don't think condition is an issue after only a few years. Sounds like a good deal to me, especially if you sell some to get your money back.

Are any of the bolts kona cotton? I would be willing to go with you if some of the fabrics are Kaufman Cottons. Any Free Spirt fabric?? What else? :-) Can you take pictures of it and post before you buy to see what we will buy here?

Brands are Kaufman, South Seas, Benartex, etc. She is asking $2000 for all but think I can make an offer. Only drawback is hubby who doesn't think I need anymore fabric. Any advice will be appreciated.
