Yesterday, someone was asking about fabric.com. I had ordered some fabric from them last week but it didn't arrive until yest. evening so I didn't post anything. Well, when I got my fabric, one of the panel pieces had been cut crooked and I lost 9 snowman panels out of 25. I was so disappointed. This morning I called them and explained my problem. They are sending me a whole new yard of the panels at no cost and she said I could keep the one from yesterday for another project. Thank you fabric.com

Generally speaking, I've had good experiences with fabric.com. They don't seem to ship as quickly as some of the other online quilt sites that I frequent.

I was only disappointed with one piece of fabric---it was an animal print and the animals were huge compared to what I saw on my computer screen. The fabric was also heavy on sizing and not good quality.

That said, though, I have continued to purchase fabric from them.

I have ordered several times and most time I am happy. I did get a polyester piece once instead of the Thimbleberries I had ordered. They were out of the piece I ordered so they sent me another TB piece and when I ordered a paisley it was huge print but looked the same size as the smaller one I ordred. Other than that no problems.

Thanks for the info. I have never ordered from them. I think that their website is not as user friendly as I like.
