They're great...customer service is at the top of their list and it shows in everything they do. I've had one instance where I couldn't use one piece of the fabric they sent; I called and told them I was a quilter and that item wouldn't work for me, and they replaced that whole item (I think it was a grab bag special, by the way...); didn't require that I send back the material even though I offered; and I have not had the first problem with them since. I highly recommend them! (Not affiliated with the store, just love that they love what they do!)

I ordered over $200 of fabric from them. Making sure that I checked out that all the fabric was appropriate for quilting. Because not all their fabric is for quilting. When I received it I found out that 3 of them were for furniture coverings which the site never told me One of the fabric was automatically recommended when I was choosing my fabric that day. But then my girlfriend loves the site and has been happy with the fabric she receives.

I just received my first order from them and the fabric is very nice. It was only $3.99 a yard and free shipping if your order is more than $35 dollars. I got backing for two quilts and some Christmas fabric. It only took a week to receive it via UPS. Sign up for their emails because they always have some good buys.

I have to confess I order from them at least twice a month! They are one of the best on-line shops I've dealt with. $35 purchase - free shipping and you can always find coupons for them on retailmenot.com

We ended up cheating and had it sent to a friend in US who then sent it on at the much lesser cost! :):)
