I've only ordered from them once but plan to order more in the future. When I received my order there was a piece of pink cordoroy in it that I did not order. I got it instead of one that I needed to finish a project.I called them, explained what had happened.....I got the correct fabric within a week and was told to keep the wrong fabric or donate it. I was more than willing to send back the wrong one...I was very inpressed with how they fixed my problem.
