I buy from them a LOT. Love their clearance prices! Only once did I have a problem. My package got lost. Tracking said it was delivered but I never got it. They recut my order and got it out to me pretty quick, but by then several of the sale items were sold out. Lost packages just happen sometimes, not the company's fault.

I never have any problem making the $35 for free shipping....

Forgot to say, their cuts are always very generous.

Yes I have. I've been very happy with them. Their material is quality and they are a little cheaper.

I think you need to know which brands of fabric are quality and and those that are not before you order because Fabric.com (and the other sites) get their products from the same manufacturers that the LQS gets theirs. I order certain brands and refrain from others for that reason. However, I do think batiks presents a different set of circumstances even when you purchase by brand. I prefer those that come from Indonesia as opposed to India. I've had good service from Fabric.com as well as others-there is a lot of competition for on-line selling.

I've been buying from them for years and 99 percent of the time totally happy with the quality of their fabrics. Easy return policy if you need to and they have discount codes and coupons quite often, plus who can beat the Free Shipping on orders over $35. (PS -- and no I don't work for them or have any affiliation)

Yes I have bought a lot from them. Fast shippers and if you hold out for their sales there are some great deals. Check retailmenot.com for the latest sales and deals. They have a great selection-many choices in one place.

You will love them! Very , very good customer service and nice quality fabric. I, too, am in Canada and am amazed at how quickly they get orders to me. Shipping prices are good. Great company. I have bought from them at least six times and have never been disappointed.

I've always had a very good experience with them, and the free shipping at $35 is great.

I have ordered from them. The yardage ordered was 6 yds. I did receive all of it, BUT it was just stuffed into the bag w/o being folded. Just one BIG ball of fabric w/ lots of wrinkles. That was 2yrs ago. I haven't ordered since.
