Fabric at Dollar Tree
I stopped by our local Dollar Tree to pick up a few boring items I always buy there when I came across something I'd never seen there before, fabric! They were rolled up like fat quarters and on one of the end caps with other craft items. I thought they were fat quarters but they were actually 21" x 20" .
I had to pick up a few, (the selection wasn't great), but the quality was actually better than most of the fat quarters they sell at Joann's. They are 100% cotton and they had a couple of cute novelty prints, (unicorns and flamingos), some really cute multi-colored polka dots, and some simple prints that would be great blenders. If you have a Dollar Tree nearby you might want to swing by to see if they have any.

This is a new one to me. But, I think it pays to always look in some of these 'unusual' places that carry other kinds of crafting supplies. I have found some interesting things in Tuesday Morning. They aren't necessarily an item that is always available.

I got my Fiskars rulers at Tuesday Morning about 5 years ago. If I remember correctly the 24" x 6" grid rulers were only $6.98 each, (I bought 3!). They also had other sizes as cheap as $2.99 each. I have a few unopened packages of plexiglass templates I got there as well.
I was devastated when the Tuesday Morning in my town closed. Now I have to drive an hour and a half to the nearest location. Fortunately, it's in the town my son's college is in so when he starts in the fall I may be able to drop in more often!

I was just at Tuesday Morning the other day and saw some very nice layer cake, charm packs and jelly roll type fabric one was a Robert Kaufman brand. I also picked up a Trace n Create quilt template by Nancy Zieman for $4.99. I hadn’t been there in ages so happy to see this item.
