Default Fabric Pet Portraits Quilts -

I am looking for the fabric pet portraits made by some very talented quilters over the years.
I am considering a project of a little furry girl that has earned a fabric portrait with all the
joy she has given to our family. I thought that I saw a few on this site however, I am not
finding any during my search.... I may have also seen other animals such as wolfs, elephants.

If anyone has a tip on where to find these, I would be greatful. Thank you, robin

I don't have the answer for you, but I am curious as to what you mean. I think you have a wall hanging in mind, sort of copying your pet's face? Sounds pretty neat. I will be following this thread for sure.

If you just mean using a pet fabric as a focus fabric and fussy cutting...I did that with a D9P and it looked very good.

I saw this on here yesterday, don't know if it's what you are looking for, but I think it looks fabulous: http://www.quiltingboard.com/picture...t-t176814.html

Sharon Malec is the "dog lady" for quilts. Check out her website. Here is a link to her book on how to make dog portraits:

    I really like her technique!
