    Default Fabric?

I recently tried to order the Rhapsody in Red fat quarters from Connecting Threads only to find out that they sold out of most of the line. Does anyone know if you can find that fabric line somewhere else or is it exclusively from CTs?

Try quiltshops.com. Put the name of the fabric in the search field and it will tell you all the shops that carry it.

Sorry, Connecting Threads designs, manufactures and sells their fabrics exclusively.
Here's an blurb from their site:

You could check ebay, etsy or put a request on this board's "In Search Of" forum, which you can find by clicking the "Home" button on the top of this page.

Try sending them an email/or call and ask if they will be getting any more in. If it's a popular line, I would think they would restock it.

Then why does Marshalls Dry Goods carry it? http://www.marshalldrygoods.com/conn...s/cat_199.html

Wow, that's interesting! The link says their fabrics are exclusive to their website. I read it on the web, so it must be true

I too find this interesting ! It was under the impression, one created by Connecting Threads , that the only way you could purchase their fabrics is through them and only them.

I would think that based on the popularity of this line of fabric Connecting threads will reprint it. Much of the line sold out in days. I think thats some kind of record.

Don't know but I suppose a store could purchase bolts of fabric and resell it.

After looking closely at the CT fabric at Marshalls, it appears to be seasonal and discontinued prints. Also older prints. Perhaps they sold off items like this some time ago. Like before the QBees discovered Connecting Threads! Perhaps as they've become more well known and popular they no long sell their older stock to "after marketers'.

Guess I'm just out of luck for now. When I called Connecting Threads they told me if they offered it again it wouldn't be until next year. Guess I'll have to move a little faster next time.
