Hope this is ok to ask. Does anyone have a Facebook Group that they can recommend for buying/selling de-stashing fabric, kits, patterns...etc.? I've tried searching, I've only found groups for fabric. It's considered inappropriate to ask about such things on other quilting groups (maybe here as well). Thanks.

Seeing as selling on other formats is encouraged - I think it is appropriate to ask where else one can sell items.

I am also looking for an easy to use format to sell some stuff.

"Sew Its For Sale" on Facebook has a large following. I've both bought and sold fabric there.

It's also a private group, so you aren't subjected to the nasty spammer videos that some of the other ones are.

There are two or more sites on Facebook for selling fabric, patterns, notions. You have to join each site before you can list anything and be sure to read the rules for each site before trying to list. If you post something outside of the rules, your post will be cancelled by administration. One site is "Sew its for sale fabrics" (fabric only) and another one is Sew Its For Sale (Everything Sewing, Quilting, Crafting Buy Sell Destash Chat), also Quilters Market. I've done very well on the second site. Don't over price your items, payment is PayPal only, and ship promptly.
