For me anyway. My husband asked me to do a quilt for his co-worker that is having a baby boy. Initially, I was told that I had three weeks to complete it. No problem. Then on June 3rd I was told that I needed to have it on June 8th! I asked for quilting suggestions and I got some great ones.

What surprised me about this quilt is: It came together very quickly. All but a couple of my four patch points met - something I've never been able to make happen before. I totally fell in love with the quilt! I love the colors and the secondary pattern that the quilting created. I am thinking of doing another one for myself but with a different border.

All this being said, I do not plan to do have another 5 day quilt deadline.
