I think you have struck on a good idea. I looked at some of the photos and some were stunning but others were... just a little "flat" or dull. You idea would be that little twist that could make the pattern pop! I have saved this pattern and then forgotten all about it until you posted. Time to get started on this one. I am hoping it may be a good quick donation pattern. Thanks for the reminder to pull this pattern out and get going.

That is so pretty! I like it because there is little matching of seams. Be sure and post what you decide to do with your colorsw.
