There are just so many choices and I agree with them all. I love certain fabric online shops that have lots of free patterns from the manufacturers, just bought EB pattern Hole in the Wall at JAF with a coupon and Bonnie has such great ideas on her site. Not enough time to make them all.

Try the Pin Cushion Boutique's Pressed for Time patterns, all using seven fat quarters plus some fabric for borders, etc. I've used several of their patterns -- easy to put together, mostly lap size.

My fav is one called wicked easy. I got the pattern for free (online). Just goggle wicked easy quilt pattern.
It comes with several sized. I use the smallest one which only uses 6 fat quarters. I add borders for nice
medium sized throw. Everyone I've made it for love the size. It makes a great burst of color when draped
over a chair.

I just saw the video for Fat Quarter Fizz from the Fat Quarter Shop. It is a very easy pattern and looks great. Here's a link:

Oh, oh! I have the perfect pattern for you!
I subscribe to Moda Bake Shop newsletter and today's email is a beauty that requires 24 fat quarters!
Take a look! It's a fairly simple pattern and turns out fabulous.
