Fat Quarter Shop was so very helpful

I just bought an old 2008 Fat Quarter Shop mystery kit at a garage sale on Friday. When I got home, I found I was missing the Block one kit. I can make it up in other parts but needed the pattern. I sent a hopeful email to the Fat Quarter Shop to see if I could buy the one pattern.

They responded immediately that they would email me the pattern and I got it this morning. How great is that!! I figured they would keep it in a file somewhere but they so graciously shared it to me. I am more than impressed.

ps: Their kits are fantastic. Fabric is soft and rich looking.

It's so nice hearing GOOD comments about places/service instead of negative things! So glad it worked out for you... Don't forget to let us see what they mystery kit turned out!

I purchase from the Fat Quarter Shop often. They are wonderful! I'm glad you were able to get the block pattern you needed!!

Thanks for the info! I get their e-mails but haven't shopped them yet! Now that I've heard that they are that helpful, I'll make it a point to shop them!
