Cjmomma for some reason, known only to the quilting gods, I found a fat quarter of the notion fabric you used in your block in my stash. I would be happy to send it to you if you are interested. Just PM me your address and I will pop it in the mail.

It only seemed fitting considering I am doing the weight loss with my quilting friends. I may do the whole quilt this way if I can find enough notions themed fabric's. Right now all I have is the spools and there is only enough to make 1 more block so we will see.

You are welcome! Since it doesn't look like I will be making blocks anytime soon, I can enjoy yours. I weighed myself this morning, and will have to settle for being glad I didn't gain anything.

Wonderful. You must be doing something right! Any tips you want to share with us? Recipes, routines, exorsizes, etc? It's fun to hear what others do to keep them on track. As an example, I have my son or husband clear left overs so I am not tempted to have a little bit more.
