Well I did not do good yesterday. I was working alone and had a really hard day at the office. Everyone else is out this week for classes and I had to handle all phone calls, clients, problems, everything for 5 people plus my own work. DH picked me up at lunch time to go vote, yay. I got him to cover phones for me for a few minutes while I took care of some required things. Picked up a salad for lunch which is good but they put a lot more cheese, etc on than I do. After work I agreed to go out for a drink and a cheesburger! It was a weak moment and I needed relaxing time with my husband. It did my mind good but not my waist! Another day alone in the office today. Brought a healthy sald from home today and I have my scheduled walk with my absolute best friend at 5:00. Back on track. Sorry to ramble, just needed to get it out I guess.

I understand Mary. I had McDonalds Monday, Filet o fish and fries. It was so good but after the day I had with DD I didn't care how bad it was for me. LOL.

One cheeseburger doesn't make a failure, just a less than healthy choice for ONE meal. So you gave yourself a break, and then just moved forward with your program. I'm so glad you are back on your healthy track again today.

Hmmm. . . . . can anyone join? Or do you have to be part of the weight loss challenge each month?

lol, I don't think so. If we did, some of us would never have a quilt!

I've been SWAMPED with homework so I haven't been on much lately. The further we get into the term, the more homework we have. Finals week is in four weeks so I'll be glad to have a short vacation after that. Been doing HORRIBLY with my weight loss. Still feeling depressed and I'm just not sure how to pull myself out of that.

    *hugs* to you all!
