This week all I could do is cough up a lung.
But I guess that is exercise because I lost 2.2 pounds.
That brings me up to a grand total of 15.2 pounds. I am working on my quilt but I am not making squares. I am making a quilt background and adding leaves for each pound. Almost finished with the background.
Thanks for listening to me. It helps to have a team of freinds to help you along the way.
Congrats, Nana! Keep up that exercise!

I found a possible pattern, but it has too many blocks. I don't have 49 pounds to lose. Maybe I can add pounds and inches to boost the number. I found a FQ with my colors. When I looked for the bolt, it wasn't available as yardage at this shop. Gah-h-h. Ah, well, I need to lose some pounds before I invest some pricey fabric. I have two rooms full of fabric as it is, but it isn't all for quilting.

Note to self: No fabric purchases until 5 pounds are gone.

Do most of you weigh in once a week?

My walking partners (2 dogs) are waiting me. Have a good evening.

I have started weighing in once a week, since I started doing the weight loss challenges. Before that I only got weighed at the doctor's office! I wonder if I could train my cat to be a walking partner????

irishrose I weigh in once a week but not more than that because it can be too discouraging.

Lauriejo you know some ppl do train their cats to walk on a leash. My sister and bil trained their cats. I myself could never put a leash on a cat I always thought they should run free like the lions and tigers and come and go from my house as they please.

I weigh in once a week. But if I am tempted or especially hungry, I hop on the scale. It usually stops me from going off track.
