I don't know about Pepsi Max but regular Pepsi gives me headaches so I usually avoid Pepsi.

I also REALLY want to make more blocks!! lol Thank you to everyone who has been there for me. Trying to get pregnant is a series of ups and downs. I hope these meds work.
Will he be able to do it or will he huff and puff??????????? Hope you get pregnant this time around!

Well, nether of us started today! HA! Actually, I woke up at 4:30am with a horrible stomach ache and it kind of set the tone for the day. I've stayed in my sweats and have been curled next to the heater, reading my book, all day. I'm starting to feel better so tomorrow I'll just try again. :)

How is everyone doing on their weightloss and quilt blocks? It has been a long week so I haven't done any posting here or on the weightloss thread either. Maybe tomorrow I can take a deep breath and relax. Maybe work on my blocks. Hope you all have a wonderful weekend!

I'm FINALLY hitting the gym this morning. I'm going to warm-up with a quick 5 min on the treadmill then I'm going to take a beginners Zumba class.

thelondonzoo, you're going to love zumba. I do it 3 times a week. My gym didn't have a beginners class so I got thrown in the deep end. It took a few weeks to learn the steps. Stand where you can see your instructor.

They say you can burn up to 1000 calories per class and I believe it.

I would if I could. We had planned to go pick up the quilting frame I am buying this morning but couldn't because of the weather. It took us 30 minutes to go about 12 miles and there were multiple cars in the ditch and a power line down across 1 road. Came back home to find a huge branch of our evergreen had snapped under the weight of the snow and a second one broke soon after! Only good thing is my husband is happy for me to spend the day sewing since I was so disappointed about the frame.
